About the Role

At Luxuriate Management, Retail Marketing Specialists are crucial in building customer relationships, representing clients, and supporting the execution of marketing and sales strategies. This role involves direct customer interaction to understand needs, communicate client offerings, and foster positive experiences that enhance customer relationships and brand awareness for retail partners. You will gain exposure to marketing/sales, customer acquisition, business operations, and leadership development.

This position is fully on-site at our Charlotte office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of customer-focused marketing strategies.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product and service recommendations.
• Represent our clients and their brands in a professional and positive manner.
• Support customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to execute targeted customer engagement strategies.
• Maintain a strong understanding of client products, services, promotions, and campaign objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing/sales, communication, leadership, and business development.
