Recruiter (Fresher) - US
Job Location
Vadodara, Gujarat
Shift Timings
8 pm to 5 am IST / 9 pm to 6 am IST (US/Night shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Review job descriptions and understand client requirements to execute search plans for identifying potential candidates.
- Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, internal database, and social media.
- Assess applicants' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
- Manage and own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including scheduling and coordination.
- Build strong candidate relationships and leverage trust for referrals.
- Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment, securing commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
- Submit candidate resumes to hiring managers for scrutiny and consideration.
- Provide timely communication and updates to candidates regarding their candidature.
- Partner with the onsite sales team in North America to understand client needs.
- Engage regularly with candidates via email, voice, and video calls.
