About the Role
The Healthcare Specialist will work on-site in Delhi, India, in a full-time capacity, supporting health-related needs across FYRD Media’s teams and client-facing activities. The role contributes to a safe, informed, and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic emergency medical support in the workplace.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure health and safety guidelines are understood and followed.
- Assist in the design and delivery of health-related training sessions.
- Maintain medical supplies and equipment.
- Document incidents and interventions.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on wellness initiatives.
- Communicate health information clearly and empathetically.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- EMT or equivalent emergency medical training and practical experience in first response.
- Solid foundation in Medicine, with the ability to assess basic health issues and provide appropriate care or referrals.
- Strong Communication skills to explain medical information clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Healthcare-related experience in workplace health, occupational safety, or clinical support environments.
- Relevant certifications in emergency care, occupational health, or first aid.
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proactive approach to health education, wellness programs, and safety practices.
