About the Role
Tech Mahindra is hiring for Chat and Claims processes in Noida. This is a Work From Office role with rotational/24x7 shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Chat Process:
- Handle customer inquiries via chat.
- Manage dual chat concurrency (2 chats simultaneously).
- Claims Process:
- Handle claims-related tasks.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Chat Process:
- C1 proficiency
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Chat Support
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with good accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer handling and multitasking skills
- Claims Process:
- B2 proficiency
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- General:
- Graduation is not mandatory for either process.
- Immediate joiners preferred for the Claims Process.
Qualifications
- Chat Process: Minimum 6 months of experience in International Chat Support.
- Claims Process: Freshers are eligible.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Package: 3 LPA TO 5 LPA
- Both-side cab service
