About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Software Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or aspiring developers who are eager to build their technical skills, contribute to real-world projects, and grow their careers in software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to improve software quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues and bugs.
• Support the development and integration of new features and functionalities.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and project stakeholders to deliver project requirements.
• Conduct software testing and ensure applications meet quality standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and development records.
• Learn and apply industry best practices, development tools, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve products, processes, and user experiences.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar.
• Understanding of software development concepts, object-oriented programming, and coding best practices.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, and version control systems such as Git is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Internship, academic projects, or personal development projects are advantageous but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
