Conquista Group is seeking an ambitious and competitive Management Trainee for an entry-level sales position. This role offers a clear path to leadership, starting with mastering customer acquisition and sales processes, progressing to mentoring, campaign leadership, and preparation for future management opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with customers face-to-face to educate them on products and services
• Represent one of the nation's leading telecommunications and entertainment brands
• Manage a designated territory throughout the Charlotte area
• Conduct engaging sales presentations and help customers choose the best solutions
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Learn leadership systems and business operations through hands-on training

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or other people-focused roles
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Dependable and professional
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Must currently reside in the Charlotte area and have reliable transportation
