Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring processes for various roles.
• Source candidates.
• Screen applications.
• Conduct interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Manage recruitment portals and social media platforms.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements.
• Provide market insights.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

• Hiring and Recruiting skills for end-to-end talent acquisition.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Employer Branding experience.
• IT Recruitment experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience using ATS, job boards, and professional networking platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant recruitment experience in education or edtech is an advantage.
