Key Responsibilities

• Processing mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, SIPs, and switches.
• Assisting with client onboarding and KYC documentation.
• Coordinating with AMCs, RTAs, and clients for transaction-related queries.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating client investment data.
• Preparing transaction reports, portfolio summaries, and MIS reports.
• Ensuring timely execution and reconciliation of transactions.
• Supporting compliance and documentation requirements.
• Handling basic client communication via email and phone.
• Monitoring SIP renewals, pending transactions, and follow-ups.
• Assisting the team with daily operational and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates who have completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field (B.Com, BAF, BBA, BMS) within the last one year.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial products.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the financial services industry.
