About the Role

BRANDI Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB is seeking a Rechtsanwältin / Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) for their office in Detmold, specializing in ziviles Wirtschaftsrecht (civil commercial law), particularly Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht (commercial and company law).

Key Responsibilities

• Independent advising of medium-sized companies, also as part of a team with colleagues
• Representing clients in court and in out-of-court negotiations
• Independent review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Above-average legal qualification, preferably evidenced by Prädikatsexamina
• Preferably initial knowledge and experience in Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht (commercial and company law)
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Enthusiasm for work and collegiality

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to engage in the field if a junior professional
• Interest in immediate client contact and court representation from the start
• Potential for partnership in the long term
