About the Role

The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Associate will support daily operations, including coordinating food service activities, assisting with order handling, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to support day-to-day food service or hospitality operations, including maintaining service quality and cleanliness.
• Strong customer service orientation, with clear communication skills and a professional, respectful approach to clients and team members.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, with a willingness to learn company-specific compliance requirements.
• Reliability in attending on-site shifts in Gurugram, with flexibility to work varying schedules as required by operations.
• Minimum educational qualification at the high school or diploma level.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and openness to training and skill development.

Prior experience in food services, retail, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
