Social Media Intern

About the Role

TripzSearch is hiring a Social Media Manager Intern for a remote internship with a potential for a PPO. The role is for someone who understands how to make content perform and is obsessed with Instagram, Reels, trends, hooks, storytelling, and creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create highly engaging Reels.
• Create face-led / talking-to-camera content.
• Write strong hooks & scripts.
• Edit Reels with good pacing.
• Plan, create & upload content independently.
• Create attractive carousel posts.
• Use AI tools for content creation and ideation.
• Get real ownership of TripzSearch’s social media & content growth.
• Create, experiment, and test ideas to build a travel-tech brand’s social media presence.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of Instagram & its algorithm.
• Understanding of trends, audience psychology & engagement.
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and ideation.

Qualifications

• Creative mindset with a strong eye for what works on social media.
