About the Role
Vitalant is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator dedicated to making a positive difference. This role supports Vitalant's life-saving mission by actively engaging with donors to schedule their next blood donation. As a front-line hero, you play a pivotal role in achieving recruitment goals and coordinating donations at fixed-site locations for present, past, and new donors.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance the donor experience by providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate on specialized calling projects, including conversions, reminder calls, and engaging first-time donors.
- Support blood centers by implementing innovative recruitment strategies, managing donor scheduling, and offering expertise on eligibility and donation requirements.
- Contribute to the onboarding of new hires and conduct refresher training to both new and existing staff.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficient computer skills
- Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Location: 210 W. Cataldo Avenue, Spokane, WA 99201
- Compensation: $17.13 - $18.00 hrly
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months experience in customer service required
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
