About the Role

The Analyst role at Pusa Institute of Technology (Alumni) is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Analyst will collect, organize, and interpret institutional and alumni-related data to support decision-making, reporting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing dashboards and reports.
• Conducting trend and performance analysis.
• Preparing concise presentations for academic and administrative stakeholders.
• Collaborating with faculty, administration, and alumni representatives to identify data needs.
• Improving data quality.
• Supporting projects related to academic outcomes, placements, and institutional growth.
• Assisting in process documentation.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring accurate, timely delivery of analytical insights.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including data collection, data validation, and interpretation of statistical information.
• Proficiency in data tools and technologies, such as spreadsheets, database tools, and basic data visualization or reporting software.
• Skills in documentation, report writing, and preparation of clear, structured presentations for different stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an academic environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with faculty, administrators, and alumni groups.
• A diploma or degree in engineering, technology, statistics, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in academic analytics, institutional research, or a similar analytical role will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Indian technical education system or experience in an educational institution is beneficial.
