About the Role
OTC FLOW U.S. is hiring highly commercial, ambitious graduates for a full-time, on-site Jr. Sales Trader position within their new LA-based Renewables trading desk. This role offers immediate commercial impact, a steep learning curve, and rapid growth potential within the desk based on merit.
Key Responsibilities
- High-volume outbound outreach (phone-heavy) to source new clients.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiating, up to closing transactions.
- Close bespoke transactions in renewable energy related markets.
- Build and manage your own client portfolio.
- Be assessed on your commercial skillset, ability to close transactions, and revenue creation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Phone-heavy communication for sales.
- Ability to handle full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Experience in negotiating and closing transactions.
- Experience building and managing client portfolios.
- Focus on revenue generation.
- Comfort with fast-paced, results-driven environments.
Qualifications
- Recent graduates or early-career professionals.
- Extremely confident communicators who enjoy phone-based sales.
- Commercially driven and motivated by performance-based earnings.
- Energetic, highly motivated, and extremely competitive individuals.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, brokerage, or cold outreach roles (internships included) is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience or knowledge of any renewable energy market is considered a big plus.
Compensation & Structure
- Hourly pay: $22.50 – $27.50/hour
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Bonuses: Uncapped and based on individual performance
- Location: 5 days per week, in-office (Playa Vista, LA)
