About the Role
MAVRIXA GROUP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior CAD Designer with knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks 3D to support custom product design and metal fabrication projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models, parts, and assemblies using SolidWorks.
- Convert sketches, measurements, and reference images into technical drawings.
- Assist in designing custom metal products, furniture, racks, frames, and interior components.
- Prepare dimensioned manufacturing drawings and basic Bills of Materials.
- Learn sheet-metal design, laser-cutting layouts, welding details, and fabrication processes.
- Coordinate with senior designers and fabrication teams.
- Make drawing revisions and maintain project files.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Diploma, ITI, or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks 3D.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Willingness to learn product design and manufacturing processes.
- Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Freshers with relevant project work or a portfolio are encouraged to apply.
