Role Overview

We are looking for a business-minded Product Management Associate to support partner journey mapping, product incubation, and route-to-market initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, and external partners to improve partner experiences and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Map partner journeys and identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Gather partner requirements and develop business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support API integration requirements, product testing, and launch readiness.
• Analyze partner feedback, adoption data, and dashboards to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on incubation, scale readiness, and process handoffs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of product management and partner-facing processes.
• Familiarity with APIs, Excel, dashboards, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
