About the Role

The Program Management Associate will support the planning and execution of engineering capital projects at the Chrysler Tech Center (CTC). This role involves working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to manage timelines, analyze project data, and ensure operational deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support & Tracking: Assist in managing program schedules, tracking milestones, and organizing capital project documentation across multiple engineering initiatives.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and visualize project performance data to support decision-making, cost tracking, and executive updates.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with engineering teams, department leads, and stakeholders to maintain clear project communication and alignment.
• Process Improvement & AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and digital workflows to streamline program management processes, enhance administrative efficiency, and optimize team productivity.
• Flexible Project Execution: Adapt to dynamic business needs by taking on a diverse range of technical and administrative assignments as project requirements evolve.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Data Analytics: Demonstrated ability to analyze datasets, track key project metrics, and present findings clearly using Excel or data visualization tools.
• AI Tools: Openness and enthusiasm for adopting AI-driven tools and automation strategies.

Qualifications

• Education / Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in engineering management, business analytics, project coordination, or a related field.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational, planning, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Adaptability: High flexibility and readiness to jump into varied tasks in a fast-paced engineering environment.
