Platform Engineer

About the Role

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments across development, testing, and production.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, performance, and availability through proactive monitoring and support.
• Implement and enforce platform governance, environment standards, and security policies.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes.
• Automate platform operations, deployments, monitoring, and routine administrative tasks.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, and performance-related issues.
• Manage user access, security roles, permissions, and compliance requirements.
• Support integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, and shared platform components.
• Coordinate release management, deployment activities, and change implementations.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, business teams, and external stakeholders to support platform enhancements and new implementations.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and operational best practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably in Finance and Supply Chain Management environments.
• DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Experience working with integrations, APIs, and data management concepts.
• Experience with automation tools and an automation-first approach to platform operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform administration, environment management, and system operations.
• Understanding of platform governance, security controls, compliance, and change management.
• Knowledge of user management, role-based access control, and security administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
