About the Role
Siemens Grid Software is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This is a hybrid position based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Assist with Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Manage Sales Orders, Order Entry process, and Order bookings.
- Perform SAP project maintenance, including project set-up, new customer management, customer invoices, improvements, and testing.
- Oversee Accounts Receivables management & control.
- Manage Tax excepts / Foreign Tax withholdings.
- Manage and control Software Service Fee (SSF).
- Handle R&D billings / cost transfers.
- Support Commercial Project Managers (CPMs) on commercial topics regarding portfolio of projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to travel 5% domestically / internationally.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Must be able to start immediately in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market.
- This role does not offer relocation assistance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher completed in finance, accounting, or business with a focus in finance or accounting required.
- Previous internship experience in finance, accounting, or business.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using SAP, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Passion about AI, process automation initiatives.
