About the Role
A full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role at Crepdog Crew, a dynamic retail and lifestyle brand. This role supports day-to-day financial operations by analyzing sales data, inventory costs, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data, inventory costs, and profitability across product lines and store activities.
- Prepare regular financial reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting to guide business decisions.
- Review financial statements for accuracy.
- Identify trends and variances.
- Collaborate with management to optimize pricing, margins, and operational efficiency.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic growth and resource allocation through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial modeling tools, such as Excel or similar software.
Qualifications
- Strong Finance and Financial Planning skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and management.
- Interest in sneaker culture, streetwear, or retail operations is a plus.
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 11am-8pm
