About the Role
This is an opening for a Fresher as a Process Associate in Voice Process at HCLTech.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong written communication skills, especially for email and chat support.
Qualifications
- Arts & Science graduates are eligible.
- Freshers who have passed out between 2024 and 2026 are eligible.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred (Arts & Science).
- BTECH, IT, MCA, BE are not eligible to apply.
