Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
AI4M Technology
About the Role
As a Physical AI Functional Consultant (GET), you will bridge the gap between heavy industrial machinery, classical engineering physics, and cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence. You will act as a translator and problem-solver, using your understanding of mathematics, kinematics, and thermodynamics to help AI and Data Science teams build accurate digital twins, predictive maintenance models, and intelligent motion control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- System Analysis: Study and analyze manufacturing equipment, industrial machines, and motor systems.
- Physics-to-AI Translation: Act as the domain expert, using knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and kinematics to help data scientists translate real-world machine behaviors into accurate mathematical and AI models.
- Functional Consulting: Work with stakeholders and clients to understand manufacturing pain points and propose AI-driven solutions.
- Motion & Motor Control Optimization: Assist in integrating machine learning algorithms with traditional motor controls and motion control systems.
- Data Validation: Review sensor data from physical assets to ensure AI models align with physics and engineering principles.
Requirements & Tech Stack
Educational Background
- Graduating in 2026 with a B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
