Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Map and refine business processes.
• Analyze hospital operations data points.
• Prepare reports & dashboards.
• Conduct data-driven performance analysis for management.
• Support budgeting, costing, and financial analysis for departments and service lines.
• Contribute to strategic projects such as service line expansions and capacity planning across hospital units.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutions.
• Business Process skills to map, evaluate, and optimize workflows within healthcare operations.
• Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools, reporting platforms, and basic data visualization is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare or hospital operations, is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
