Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize downstream processing protocols for goat and rabbit polyclonal antibodies.
• Perform and optimize antibody purification from serum/plasma to achieve desired antibody purity, yield, concentration, and functional activity.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot immunoturbidimetric assays using purified antibodies.
• Evaluate antibody performance, specificity, sensitivity, stability, and lot-to-lot consistency.
• Conduct laboratory experiments for R&D and process development and independently interpret experimental results.
• Identify process and assay-related challenges and develop appropriate troubleshooting strategies.
• Support development of new antibody-based diagnostic reagents and improvement of existing products.
• Prepare experimental protocols, reports, technical documents, and maintain complete R&D records.
• Support scale-up and technology transfer of optimized processes to Production.
• Collaborate with Production, QC, QA, and other R&D teams during product development and troubleshooting.
• Follow applicable SOPs, GLP/GMP requirements, biosafety practices, and laboratory safety procedures.
• Own YBL Values.
• Any other activity in the overall interest of YBL.
