About the Role
This role is for Medical Coding, focusing on candidates with backgrounds as Lab Technicians, Radiology Technicians, MLT, and DMLT.
Key Responsibilities
- Sample Collection: Collecting blood, urine, and other samples from patients, ensuring proper techniques are used for accuracy and patient comfort.
- Testing and Analysis: Conducting various lab tests, such as blood counts and chemical analyses, to diagnose medical conditions accurately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspecting and maintaining lab equipment, ensuring all machines are calibrated and functioning correctly for reliable results.
- Data Management: Recording and storing test results in a clear and organized manner, making it easy for healthcare professionals to access patient data.
- Safety Protocols: Following strict safety and hygiene guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure the safety of yourself and the patients.
