About the Role
- Remote traineeship program for a Data Analyst.
- Work with healthcare-related datasets.
- Clean and validate data.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support internal teams and partner providers.
Key Responsibilities

- Apply basic statistical techniques.
- Assist in building or refining data models to answer business questions.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excel
- SQL
- Python / R (familiarity is beneficial)
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
- Knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical concepts to real-world data.
- Skills in Data Modeling and working with structured datasets.
- Effective Communication skills to present complex findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
