Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation operations.
- Schedule shipments.
- Track deliveries.
- Ensure accurate documentation.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
- Optimize routes.
- Maintain service standards.
- Communicate with customers and drivers.
- Monitor shipment status.
- Handle export-related logistics as needed.
- Support continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Solid Analytical Skills.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Export processes.
- Ability to use logistics or transport management software and basic MS Office tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations is required.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is beneficial.
