Marketing Branding Intern
V-Rich Natural Products
About the Role
Support the Brand Specialist with the everyday tasks required to execute V-Rich marketing campaigns, content production, and brand visibility initiatives. This is a hands-on learning and execution role for someone who has already completed at least one relevant internship and wants practical exposure to a growing FMCG brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily campaign task lists, follow-ups, timelines, and status updates.
- Prepare and maintain trackers for creatives, approvals, content deliverables, campaign rollouts, quotations, and vendor contacts.
- Help organize briefs, reference images, product information, and final assets in clearly labelled shared folders.
- Coordinate routine information requests with internal designers, marketing colleagues, and external partners; escalate delays or unclear instructions.
- Support review of creative outputs for basic spelling, size, brand guideline, and product-detail accuracy before forwarding for approval.
Photoshoots, Agencies & On-Ground Coordination
- Assist with photoshoot preparation: shot lists, product/sample checklists, props, schedules, logistics, and behind-the-scenes documentation.
- Follow up with agencies, photographers, printers, and vendors on assigned deliverables, meetings, and dispatches; keep the Marketing Executive and Brand Specialist updated.
- Help arrange product samples, campaign materials, print collaterals, and event supplies for marketing activities.
- Support sampling events, pop-ups, corporate activations, store visits, and branding installations when required in Hyderabad.
- Collect proof of execution including photographs, links, invoices, vendor confirmations, and activation observations.
Research, Content & Reporting Support
- Conduct basic competitor, category, consumer-trend, and campaign-reference research; compile clear, useful summaries.
- Support copy and presentation tasks such as proofreading captions, compiling messaging options, and organizing moodboards or references.
- Update routine campaign metrics, spend trackers, and post-activity reports using information supplied by team members and agencies.
- Help document meeting notes, action items, and next steps, and follow through on assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- At least one completed internship in marketing, branding, advertising, social media, events, agency operations, or a related field; relevant project examples preferred.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, communications, media, or a related discipline.
- Basic familiarity with brand identity, marketing campaigns, and creative quality; able to spot obvious inconsistencies and ask the right questions.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides/PowerPoint, shared drives, and everyday coordination tools; Canva familiarity is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, reliable with follow-ups, willing to learn, and comfortable assisting with occasional field activities in Hyderabad.
- Good written communication and an execution-first attitude; does not need to independently own strategy, budgets, or agency decisions.
