Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate interviews and client submissions
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Utilize job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 2–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of the US staffing and recruitment process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals and recruiting tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills
