Role Description

The Volunteer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The volunteer will support day-to-day activities related to web design, digital marketing, and client project coordination as guided by senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in content updates on websites.
• Helping with social media and online campaign execution.
• Collecting and organizing project requirements.
• Preparing basic reports or documentation.
• Collaborating with designers, developers, and marketers.
• Learning internal tools and processes.
• Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications & Tech Stack

• Foundational understanding of web and digital technologies, including websites, social media platforms, and basic online marketing concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Interest in learning about web design, digital marketing, and eCommerce development, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Comfort with using computers and common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documents).
• Familiarity with design or marketing tools is an advantage.
• Relevant academic background or coursework in IT, marketing, design, business, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai on a full-time schedule.
