About the Role

WeMakeScholars is a Hyderabad-based fintech startup specializing in education loans and scholarships. Established seven years ago, we collaborate closely with major banks and NBFCs in India to simplify the education loan application process for students and parents. We partner with over 14 financial institutions, including SBI, Axis Bank, and ICICI Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Become familiar with the underwriting criteria of partner banks, including SBI, BOB, ICICI, and Axis Bank.
• Screen education loan applications.
• Advise students on documentation.
• Coordinate with bank staff for smooth processing of education loans.
• Solve students' queries.
• Manage the loan process from eligibility to sanctioning.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the underwriting criteria of SBI, BOB, ICICI, and Axis Bank.
• Ability to advise students on documentation.
• Skill in coordinating with bank staff for loan processing.
