About Your New Role
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Python and Flask.
- Build scalable APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Design and manage databases efficiently.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams for feature implementation.
- Troubleshoot bugs, improve application performance, and ensure code quality.
- Participate in deployment, monitoring, and system optimization activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- B.Tech degree is mandatory from Tier-1 colleges.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with Flask framework is required.
- Good understanding of APIs and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with databases:
- MongoDB
- SQL / PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of database design and query optimization.
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to DevOps tools and deployment workflows is an added advantage.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and server management is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
