Management Trainee

About the Role

Start your career with Enterprise Mobility! We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located near Sterling, VA or Reston, VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put customers first.
• Get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building business.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
• Customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center).
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team.
• Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Under 25 minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the location posted is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years), employment reference, education, and social security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of 1 (one) year of experience (within the last 6 years) in one of the specified areas.
