About the Role
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Manassas, VA is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead and grow our outpatient physical therapy clinic. This opportunity combines hands-on outpatient patient care with clinical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized 1 on 1 treatment patient care plans.
- Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients.
- Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence.
- Play an instrumental role in growing the clinic, establishing best practices, and fostering a supportive, patient-centered environment.
- Help to shape how the clinic is built, how care is delivered, and how the team develops.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia (or license-eligible).
- Leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients.
- Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative leader.
- Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing clinical team.
