About the Role
Join a fast-growing EdTech company as an Academic Advisor. This role involves student counselling, education, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on JEE/NEET programs via inbound and outbound calls.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and programs.
- Understand students’ learning needs and recommend the right solutions.
- Explain course features, benefits, fees, and enrollment process.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/status records.
- Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Solid grasp of the JEE/NEET curriculum and student needs.
- Excellent communication (English + Regional Language).
- Sharp negotiation skills and a knack for closing.
- Proven sales experience (EdTech background = bonus!).
- Someone who thrives in a target-driven environment.

CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA + Performance Incentives
