Project-Engineer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution, including technical design review, coordination with engineering and manufacturing teams, and alignment with client specifications for air pollution control and biomass drying systems.
• Project planning and scheduling.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Monitor progress against timelines and budgets.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities at client sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to address technical queries.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Resolve implementation issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support after-sales technical service.
• Maintain accurate project reports for internal and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related discipline).
• Experience in industrial projects or EPC environments.
• Familiarity with industrial standards, safety practices, and basic design tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills relevant to industrial pollution control and biomass drying systems.
• Project Management and Project Planning skills for scheduling, resource coordination, and on-time project delivery.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and for preparing clear technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
