Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data/Business Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Information Technology, or related field.
• Typically 3.0+ GPA (exceptional candidates with strong leadership encouraged to apply).
• Transcript required in the application.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships, business projects, or campus involvement.
• Strong problem-solver who thrives in business ambiguity and complex operational challenges.
• Strong communicator who can influence at all levels and present to executive stakeholders.
• Genuine curiosity about fintech, stock market, and financial markets.
• Eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
