The firm handles cases for clients at their most difficult times, focusing on empathy, fighting hard, and treating clients with humanity. They take on challenging cases that other firms may have declined.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside attorneys once a case enters litigation.
- File the complaint.
- Arrange for defendants to be served.
- Draft written discovery and responses.
- Prepare disclosures.
- Assist in preparing motions.
- Schedule depositions and experts.
- Prepare cases for arbitration, mediation, and trial.
- Communicate case status to clients in English and Spanish.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bilingual Spanish required.
- Ability to stay organized.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to keep cases progressing.
