Sales Associate

About the Role

The CosmoProf Sales Associate is a passionate and talented individual who contributes to being one of the largest hair and beauty suppliers in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Use selling skills to connect, engage, and inspire every customer and help them with their client’s hair care solutions.
• Provide information and instruction about products and share new product launches.
• Set up merchandising displays, and restock the shelves as required.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote our credit card and explain its benefits for the stylist.
• Maintain a professional store environment and work together with peers and the Store Leader to achieve store goals.
• Demonstrate CosmoProf Purpose and Values.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

• Requires long periods of standing and walking.
• Involves recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.
• Requires recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, and odors upon occasion.
