About the Role

The Financial Planning Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyzing financial performance.
• Preparing variance and trend analyses.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation.
• Contributing to the preparation of financial reports.
• Helping refine accounting and finance processes.
• Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Providing insights on cost management, profitability, and long-term financial sustainability aligned with the company’s growth and environmental goals.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background such as CA is a MUST.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and financial modeling software.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present financial insights clearly to stakeholders.
