About the Role

GROWAI Edtech is seeking a part-time remote Data Analytics Trainer. This role involves designing and delivering online lessons, workshops, and hands-on labs focused on data analytics concepts, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver online lessons, workshops, and hands-on labs covering data analytics concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Prepare teaching materials.
• Create practical exercises and projects.
• Explain complex topics in accessible language.
• Provide constructive feedback on learner assignments.
• Support learners through live sessions and discussion forums.
• Update course content to reflect emerging industry trends.
• Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve training programs.
• Maintain professional communication with learners.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Information Technology skills with familiarity in data analytics tools, databases, and basic understanding of AI-related technologies.
• Teaching, Training, and Lecturing skills with experience explaining technical topics clearly and engaging diverse groups of learners.
• Software Development skills, including programming in languages commonly used in analytics (e.g., Python, R, or SQL) and working with data-processing libraries or frameworks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create well-structured learning materials and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Comfort working remotely, managing time effectively, and using online learning platforms and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field is ideal.
• A relevant degree or professional certification is ideal.
