Brand Representative

About the Role

Yral Foods is seeking a Brand Representative for a contract position based in Mumbai. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site activities with work-from-home flexibility. The primary focus is to represent the brand at retail outlets, events, and partner locations, engaging with customers and explaining product features and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at retail outlets, events, and partner locations.
• Engage with customers and explain product features and benefits.
• Support promotional campaigns.
• Assist in sampling and demonstrations.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with marketing and sales teams.
• Build brand awareness.
• Ensure consistent product presentation.
• Respond to customer queries.
• Maintain positive relationships with store staff and business partners.
• Perform basic reporting on activities, customer interactions, and market observations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities.
• Experience in brand ambassadorship and brand awareness activities, preferably in FMCG or food and beverage.
• Clear, confident communication skills, including the ability to present products and handle customer queries in person and over digital channels.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Comfort with using digital tools for reporting and communication.
• Prior experience in field promotions, merchandising, or retail customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or events.
• Ability to travel within Mumbai as required.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and alignment with Yral Foods’ focus on quality and customer experience.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• A degree in marketing, business, or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
