About the Role
Southern National Roofing is hiring full-time Entry Level Marketing Representatives for our local office. This is a face-to-face, field role where you will represent the brand directly in residential neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in assigned neighborhoods.
- Speak face-to-face with homeowners.
- Explain our free roof inspection service.
- Schedule appointments for in-home estimates.
- Work outdoors and on your feet.
Compensation
- W-2 full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week.
- Hourly pay + commission + performance bonuses.
- Average first-year earnings typically range from $40,000 - $70,000+.
- Weekly pay on Fridays.
Schedule
- On-site role.
- Monday-Saturday availability between 9am-7pm.
- No overnight travel.
- Team transportation provided from the office.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable talking to people face-to-face.

- Great communications skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (to get to and from the office).
- Ability to work 40 hours between 9am - 7pm, Mon - Sat.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
Paid training provided. Start ASAP.
