About the Role

The Owner role at C-Edge Technologies Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting the overall vision, strategy, and long-term direction of the company, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and stakeholder interests.
• Overseeing business operations.
• Guiding senior leadership.
• Making key decisions on product and service portfolios.
• Driving growth and profitability.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
• Leading high-level resource allocation.
• Managing risk.
• Leading organizational development initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in executive leadership, business ownership, or senior management within technology or financial services.
• Strong strategic planning, business development, and decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of banking and financial services operations, including core banking, compliance, and digital transformation.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, oversee cross-functional teams, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in technology leadership, including familiarity with cloud-based solutions, analytics, and financial technology platforms.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in executive leadership, business ownership, or senior management within technology or financial services.
• Strong strategic planning, business development, and decision-making skills to guide long-term growth and organizational direction.

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring at an organizational level.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with a track record of leading high-growth organizations.
