About the Role
This is a Full Time Room Attendant-Houseman position with Atrium Hospitality at the Hotel Little Rock Embassy Suites.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas, ensuring beds are made, bathrooms are sparkling, and rooms are dust-free.
- Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities.
- Sort laundry, operate machines safely, and handle linen.
- Maintain organization of the cleaning cart and closets.
- Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training as needed.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Customer service mindset with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina: ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on feet for the entire shift.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Compensation Range: $15.00-$15.75 per hour.
