About the Role

Cardona Capital is a specialized investment firm offering curated access to pre-IPO and pre-acquisition US tech growth companies for accredited investors, family offices, and institutions. The firm operates in a dynamic, tech-oriented environment, focusing on future-oriented sectors like Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, FinTech, HealthTech, Defense Tech, and Cloud-SaaS platforms.

As an IT Technician at Cardona Capital, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the local IT infrastructure and end-user devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
• Support for employees on IT-related questions.
• Monitoring of networks and systems.
• Ensuring data security.
• Coordination of external service providers when necessary.
• Conducting training for employees on IT systems and security policies.
• Documenting all relevant processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Solid knowledge of Information Technology.
• Practical experience with common hardware, operating systems, networks, and security fundamentals.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and technical support.
• Competencies in customer service for supporting internal users.
• Experience in training or conducting IT training is desirable.
• Completed technical training or studies in the IT field (or comparable professional experience).
• Good documentation skills.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune District.
