Power BI Associate

About the Role

Join our Acceleration Center India and help shape the future of business for our diverse client portfolio across geographies and jurisdictions. You’ll work at the heart of global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services—solving real client challenges through connected collaboration. As an Associate, you will support ERP delivery with particular expertise in business intelligence and data. You will contribute across delivery activities while leaning into your area of technical expertise when BI and data solutions are needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Build and optimize workflows for data preparation, transformation, and automation.
• Create custom visuals and calculations from business requirements.
• Support data preparation and quality assurance.
• Contribute across ERP delivery activities while bringing hands-on BI and data expertise where needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on Power BI dashboard development and data-management capability.
• Working knowledge of DAX queries and calculations.
• Strong data-modeling instincts.
• Hands-on experience with data preparation, transformation, and workflow automation and optimization tools such as Alteryx or similar technologies.
• Experience building and customizing SharePoint sites.
• Supporting capability with the Power Platform.
• A strong desire to learn and the discipline to check your own work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
