About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team in Maharashtra. As an Academic Counsellor, you will engage with prospective students, understand their educational needs, and help them navigate academic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic outreach to prospective students to discuss their academic interests and career goals.
- Provide detailed information about various courses, admission processes, and eligibility criteria.
- Assist students in understanding the benefits of different academic paths and help them choose the right program.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process and enhance student experience.
- Stay updated on educational trends and changes in academic programs to provide the most relevant advice to students.
