About the Role

Walmart is expanding with its third company-owned milk processing facility to serve over 750 stores across Texas and surrounding states. This state-of-the-art facility will produce high-quality milk products under Great Value and Member’s Mark, using milk sourced primarily from Texas dairy farmers.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning duties for common and office areas throughout the entire facility including bathrooms and windows.
• Completes daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, and emptying trash bins.
• Responsible for minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks, and reporting any major maintenance issues to management.
• Follows safety procedures to ensure the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Responsible for ensuring common areas are free from hazards, such as wet floors or cluttered walkways.
• Receives Hepatitis vaccinations in compliance with legal requirements.
• Inspects common areas to identify any damages or repairs needed and reports issues to management team members.
• Adheres to all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Uses personal protective equipment.
• Operates machinery and equipment safely.
• Reports any hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately.
• Actively participates in safety trainings and drills.
• Maintains cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of all safety protocols.
• Demonstrates awareness of surroundings to ensure own safety and the safety of others.
• Successfully accomplishes work assignments and prioritizes tasks by utilizing policies and available resources.
• Collaborates effectively with managers, coworkers, and business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
