About the Role
VTG is seeking an Associate Logistics and Provisioning Analyst to support the AN/SQQ-89(V) USW Systems Lifecycle Support program in Hampton Roads, VA. These entry-level positions execute provisioning database tasks, stock number research, and supply support data management under the direction of senior ILS staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform FLIS screening and file change requests for AN/SQQ-89 spare parts and consumables.
- Execute stock number research and NSN data entry in ICAPS-CS under senior oversight.
- Maintain APL/AEL data and support supply support database updates.
- Assist with inventory management functions and warehouse support at OSR locations.
- Support data calls with data compilation and format preparation.
- Maintain ILS tracking spreadsheets and action item logs.
- Coordinate document uploads to iPDM and configuration management tracking systems.
- Assist in preparation of ILS audit materials and data packages.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must have and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance.
- 0 to 5 years of logistics, supply chain, or Navy ILS experience.
- Familiarity with Navy supply systems (FLIS, OMMS-NG, ICAPS-CS) is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and experience with data entry in structured database environments.
- Navy veteran with logistics rating (SK, AK, LS, or equivalent) or DOD supply experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field is preferred.
- Associate's degree with relevant experience will be considered.
